Barbara Dossetter

With years of business and IT strategy, leadership and programme management experience, Barb leads the practice of like-minded people focussed on the client’s success. She has advised and coached more than 300 CIOs and senior IT leaders in Asia Pacific, Europe and the US across a broad range of topics. As a practitioner she has been engaged in traditional IT, innovative start-ups and company recoveries. She speaks at conferences as a thought leader.

Key passion: Two areas still energise Barb today – the use of technology to drive an organisation forward and diversity in organisations through education and encouragement. Barb believes that these two elements are critical to success in today’s environment.

LAWRENCE ANG

Lawrence has more than 20 years experience as CIO, the latest being as the former CIO of Singapore’s integrated financial regulator and central bank which manages more than $400 billion of foreign reserves. He was worked extensively in both the financial industry and public sector across the Asia Pacific region. Lawrence had also served in homeland & cyber defence, dotcoms, telcos and charity sectors during his 33 years of IT adventure.  

Key passion:  People being front and centre. Mentoring People across the spectrum from senior IT and business leaders to students, empowering them with tools and frameworks for success in their digitalisation journeys. Also advising charities and companies on IT governance and portfolio management, as well as IT partners with market-making strategies.

Andrew is the former CIO of a $10 Billion enterprise and a consultant for 20 plus years. Andrew works with IT leaders and their organizations to help them regain control of projects. He also helps CIOs to become high performing and respected partners to the business and continues mentoring and coaching senior IT leaders.

Key passion:  Seeing leaders mature in experience and be promoted. Also assisting enterprise level companies in South East Asia and Australia to save large projects that are failing due to major time budget and scope issues. Showing how to launch and manage successful mission critical enterprise projects and so avoid pitfalls.

Daryl is a master of business rescue and development combining entrepreneurial creativity and pragmatic discipline. He works with organisations ranging from start-ups to large multinational and not-for-profit corporations, particularly in the areas of strategy, innovation, technology, operations, business design, corporate development, and venture capital. He is the Strategy Lecturer for IME in Singapore and a regular guest lecturer at MIT on innovation in large organisations.

Key passion: Assisting public and private companies with portfolio strategy, market creation, market expansion, process development and innovation across all areas of business.

Olivia Chang

She has over 30 years of solid IT experience with more than 25 years in regional/global CIO roles in well-renowned multi-national corporations including Coca-Cola, Bacardi, Kraft Foods and Philip Morris. As the senior executive John has led several technology companies who successfully supply services into industry. Key passion: John is motivated by the use of technology to further the aims of the organisation. Today that means working with strategic suppliers building a win/win partnership and integrating them into the overall environment and culture.

Ian Parker

Ian combines practitioner experience at CIO level in both MNC and successful digital start up in the insurance and finance industry, after a period in the mining industry. Bringing large transformation projects in on time, is his strength. Then, add a start-up in a highly regulated business which is breaking new ground in the industry and with the regulator -  Ian is a problem solver.

 Key passion: To develop a strategic plan, implement that plan and see it be delivered successfully is the reason why Ian ‘gets up in the morning’. Make it a game changing plan and its even more interesting.

Anthony bargar

Anthony has served in senior positions within the Financial Services Sector, United States Dept. of Defense and Intelligence Community.  Anthony was on the team that re-wrote the United States cyber strategy, supported US Homeland Security Infrastructure Protection, Resilience, Business Continuity and National Telecommunication programs.

Key passion: Making organisations more resilient to bad actors by helping clients develop their cyber resilience through cyber operations processes and the implementation of advanced counter measures.
